Be our guest as we follow Belle, a beautiful young woman, and the Beast, a handsome Prince who has been placed under an evil spell. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved in return, the spell will be broken and he will return to his true self. But time is running out...

We work all year around to make sure that our panto is a truly magical production, with fabulous sets, stunning costumes, fantastic dancers, a great script and excellent songs and music. Our wonderful cast, well-loved panto traditions and friendly atmosphere all go into making the Princes Hall pantomime an annual Christmas treat for all the family.

FAQ's

What's the running time of the panto?

Because rehearsals don't start until November, we can never really know the exact running time until after the first show. However, we generally expect the show to last between two and a half hours to two hours 45 minutes, including a 20-minute interval.

Can we come in fancy-dress?

Absolutely! During pantomime there is a brilliant atmosphere and many people (adults and children) turn up in fancy dress, themed either by pantomime or other fairy tales.

Where is the best place to park?

Please visit www.princeshall.com/carparking for up-to-date information on the best places to park.

It's my birthday, how do I get a mention?

Just let the Box Office know the name and age of the person who is celebrating either before you arrive or on the day. Remember, it's not just children that can have a mention, we like to know about any age birthday.

I'm coming with a group, how do we get a mention?

Groups of 10 or more will be asked if they would like a mention in the show, if you would like to be known as something special (or silly) then just let the Box Office know.

Do you offer accessible performances?

Yes!

Our BSL performances will be on Thursday 12th December at 7pm, Friday 13th December at 1.30pm & Monday 30th December at 1pm. Don't forget for those of you with hearing aids we can offer enhanced hearing headsets all year round. More information on access

Our public relaxed performance will be on Thursday 12th December at 7pm. The performance is adapted in a variety of ways for customers who may benefit from a more relaxed environment which allows you to make noise and come and go from the auditorium if you need to take a break. More information on access

Every year we also team up with local charity PAG (Parents Action Group) to offer a special charity relaxed performance. If you're interested in attending the PAG performance, then tickets are available via the team at PAG.

Can we pre-order our interval drinks and ice creams?

Vouchers for Ice Creams, Programmes and Flashing Wands & Swords can be purchased in advance at a discounted rate and exchanged on the day. Make sure you have your actual vouchers post out or collect them in advance to hand over on the day. Find Out More

Groups of 10 or more can pre book their interval ice creams and drinks and the order will be ready to collect from a point in the foyer. All groups will receive an order form when they book or pay for their tickets.

How do you pick children to go up on the stage?

The Front of House Manager will choose children on the day, but if you know someone that would like to go up on stage then let the Box Office know and they will put their name forward. Just so you know we can't accept two children from the same group / family or children under 5 years old.
