A humorous romp through ancient history, blending the wit and charm of the Carry On series with the grandeur of the Roman Empire. The film follows the misadventures of Hengist Pod, an inventor, and Horsa, a brave Briton, who find themselves sold as slaves and caught up in Julius Caesar's conquest of Britain. After escaping to Egypt, they encounter the seductive Cleopatra and become embroiled in a comical plot of mistaken identities, political intrigue, and romantic entanglements, all delivered with the signature Carry On style of cheeky humour and slapstick comedy.
