Can I get into the Main Hall with my printed confirmation email instead of a ticket?
No, you need a ticket or an e-ticket to get into the auditorium, as the bar code will be scanned as you go in. If you have selected to collect your tickets from the Box Office you can do that on the night. Please note, if you have selected the e-ticket option, you will be sent your e-ticket in addition to your booking confirmation. You can either print off your e-ticket or present it on your phone on the night.
I've made an order and selected e-ticket as the delivery method. How do I find/print my ticket?
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email attached to this will be your e-tickets. You can also access all your e-tickets in your online account
Why is my e-ticket not appearing/printing correctly?
To view and print your tickets you need to have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Reader. This can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website.
Do I need to exchange my e-ticket for a physical ticket when I arrive?
No, your e-ticket is all you need to gain access to the performance. Simply present it to the steward at the door when you are ready to be seated.
