We love welcoming new and regular customers to the Princes Hall.
Sometimes if you're coming along to see a show or attend an event for the first time, you might have some worries or questions.
Here are the most frequently asked questions (and our answers), but please do feel free to make contact with the Box Office who will be happy to help.
Do you have a lift?
There is a lift to all floors.
Will there be somewhere to leave my buggy?
Buggy parking is available at all our children's shows.
Do you have a baby change?
Baby changing facilities are available in both the male and female toilets on the ground floor.
What time should we arrive?
You are welcome to the Princes Hall whenever you are ready.
We generally open the doors to the auditorium 45 minutes before the start time shown on your ticket.
What if we are running late?
Please do not worry if you are running late for the show.
We will get you in to your seat as quickly as possible.
Will your staff be happy to help me?
Our friendly staff will be visible and keen to assist you throughout your visit.
Can I get food and drink at the theatre?
Our bar / coffee shop is open for all shows, serving confectionary, hot and cold drinks.
Do you have any booster seats?
We have a limited number of booster seats for very young children.
Alternatively, please feel free to bring your own booster seat or cushion.
Do you have any space for my child to run around before the show?
We are opposite the Princes Gardens which is a great open space for children to walk or run around and burn off extra energy!
Will there be an interval?
The majority of our shows will have a 20-minute interval around half-way through the performance - unless otherwise stated.
Do I need to make sure I have cash on me?
Our coffee shop accepts both cash and card payments.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children 1 year and older require a ticket to attend any of our performances.
Do you offer family discounts?
Some of our shows offer family discounts, so please check when booking.
