Opening Hours
The Box Office is open Monday to Friday 10am to 5.30pm (extended on show evenings) and two hours before shows.
Photography
The use of cameras, video cameras or any other audio or visual recording equipment is strictly prohibited in any theatre performance.
Latecomers
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Lost Property
In the event that you lose any personal belongings please contact the Princes Hall Administration Office on 01252 398000, or alternatively please complete our Lost Property Form
Smoking and E-Cigarettes
Smoking and E-Cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the building.

Booster Seats
We have a number of booster seats for very young children. Please ask a member of staff on arrival
Cloakroom Facilities
Unfortunately, there are no cloakroom facilities at the Princes Hall.
Refreshments
Enjoy a drink before the show or during the interval in our foyer bar, situated on the first floor. Soft drinks, tea/coffee, confectionery and ice creams are also available from the foyer bar.
First Aid
Princes Hall has qualified first aiders working at each performance. In the case of emergency please alert a member of staff who will then tend to the matter promptly.
